Information you give us
Employment applications. The online application asks for the information on SaraPath's paper application: contact details, Social Security Number, education, licences, employment history, references and your signature, and an optional resume.
- SaraPath uses it to consider you for employment and to verify what you submit.
- It is stored on SaraPath's website server and sent by email to SaraPath Human Resources and the hiring department for the position.
- Your Social Security Number is stored encrypted. The copies emailed to staff show only its last four digits.
- Access is limited to SaraPath Human Resources and the staff who review applications.
- SaraPath keeps applications as required by law and by its records policies.
While you fill in the application, your answers are saved in your own browser so you can finish later. Your Social Security Number and signature are never saved there. Submitting the application clears the saved copy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts sarapath.com records technical information about each visit, such as the IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the website.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not run analytics or tracking tools. It saves two preferences in your browser: whether background video is paused, and the progress of an unfinished employment application.

Some features load from other companies, which receive your IP address and browser information:
- UserWay provides the accessibility toolbar and may store your display preferences.
- Google provides the map on the Contact page and the website's fonts.
- The patient portal, online payment, SPLink and Indeed are separate services with their own privacy policies.
Sharing
SaraPath does not sell or rent personal information collected through this website. It shares it only with the staff and service providers who need it for the purposes above, or when the law requires.
Security
SaraPath uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information submitted through this website. No website or email system is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and SaraPath does not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
